Led by the director, Jane Wright, a graduate in the Hotel and Catering Management, who has over 25 years experience as a Senior Manager in the Catering Industry, the majority of it spent in the local Government Sector.A qualified NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier, she also holds a Health and Safety NEBOSH certificate, and an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
Areas of Expertise:
Training
Jane specialises in setting up training and development systems, particularly for the delivery of NVQ Catering qualifications, including accreditation for approved centre status. She can also assess and verify candidates’ portfolios for existing centres.
Tendering
Jane can assist with or deliver full support for the tendering or retendering of catering contracts, including the design of invites to tender, short-listing of tenderers to approved criteria, and the creation of tender documentation. She will also evaluate and recommend the awarding of contracts to the most suitable tenderer, and can monitor the implementation and ongoing delivery of catering contracts on behalf of clients.
Health & Safety and Food Safety
Jane can advise on all aspects of Heath & Safety, and Food Safety including the development and implementation of suitable documentation and systems.
Other Areas
Jane is also able to offer support in other areas, including budgeting and finance and support services including vending, building cleaning and speciality catering, including catering for religious and medical diets.
